Eligibility: Individuals aged 55 and above
How to Register: Online registration via Google Form
Participants will be selected by lottery from this quarter.
Each participants can only be enrolled in one class.
Priority will be given to those not selected for the fitness classes at NTNU Elders LOHAS Station.
