1. To encourage student participation in public service and to cultivate a spirit of social care and service learning, the Bureau of Consular Affairs, MOFA, will implement a Student Public Service Program starting in 2025. This initiative aims to provide students with opportunities to give back to society while gaining a better understanding of how government agencies serve the public.
2. To expand the impact of the Student Public Service Program, the Bureau of Consular Affairs plans to organize a special summer project in July and August. Students participating in the program must complete at least 50 hours of service. After attending a training session and passing an assessment, students will be scheduled for service. Upon completion, a service certificate will be issued. Interested students should register by email with the relevant service location. The service locations and eligibility requirements are as follows:
